| The ministerial staff includes all of the ministers and evangelists of PZIC. Every Zionite preacher is presented with a valid license by the pastor of the church. Not only do these dynamic men and women of God carry the Holy Spirit of God, they also possess the evident character of God-love. The love for God and the ministry keeps their feet planted under the leadership of the pastor until the work of the Lord is completed. |
| This ministry consists of the young boys and men of PZIC. The role of the men's ministry is to guide males to lead amenable lives unto God, their families, and their peers in order to fulfill the great destiny that God has called them to. The men of PZIC are encouraged to be leaders by serving as husbands, brothers, fathers, deacons, ushers, financial administrators, musicians, ministers, teachers, and doctors in the church and the world. |

| This ministry consists of the young girls and women of PZIC. These women are vibrant and diligent in their works for the Lord, their church, and their families. They serve their communities with kindness and they live quiet lives that God may get the glory. By serving as wives, sisters, mothers, missionaries, ushers, evangelists, financial administrators, teachers, and other capacities, these women pave the way for females all over the world. |

| This ministry consists of the young people of PZIC from birth to age 21 years. The role of PZIC's youth ministry is to advise young people to live perfect lives in the areas of Praise and Worship, Leadership and Followship, Obedience and Faithfulness unto God and the work that He has called them to. Instructed by adult advisors, the young people strive for perfection by participation in youth services, youth outings, praise dancing, miming, stepping, and community service acts. |

| This ministry consists of all musically inclined individuals of the church. Lead by the Minister of Music, the Perfecting Zion Institutional Church Praise Choir, Praise Team, and Little Voices of Zion, yield songs of praise unto the Lord. By incorporating spiritual musicals such as music conferences, and coffee houses (services for musical, poetic, and other expressional talents), the music ministry serves God through praise. |

| The security ministry plays the indispensable role of ensuring the safety of the church and its members. By standing on guard as ushers, pulpit adjutants, and armor bearers the men and women in this ministry protect the pastor and members from perilous events that may arise. Just as 1 Thess. 5:6 states, "Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober," so do the members of the security ministry. |

| This ministry is an integral department of PZIC. Each financial administrator in this ministry is responsible for the remunerative decisions of the church. All fundraisers, special contributions, and other finances are overseen by this ministry. The finance ministry also administers donations to unfortunate and needy people in the church first, then the community. |
